Masters degree or PhD in Mathematical Statistics with at least a credit First
Degree from a recognised university for Professor/Associate Professor/Senior
Lecturer/lecturer position; and at least Bachelors degree with a credit for
Instructor position
Show evidence of engagement in research, teaching experience at a University or
comparable institution, leadership skills and service to the community and the
profession, the same being advantage
Teaching, setting and timely marking examinations for undergraduate and
postgraduate courses, Conducting research in the area of specialisation,
Supervising undergraduate and postgraduate student projects within the
Department, participating in all academic and professional activities of the
Department, Carrying out any duties as may be assigned by the Head of
Department
