Out of School Hours Care programs located in Sydney’s inner western suburbs.

Based
in the Inner West/North West and reporting directly to Manager of Education and
Care Consultancy you hold key responsibility for the overall provision and
operation of 2 Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services that has recently been
acquired. The role supervises a two coordinator’s and staff in a team oriented
environment, working to ensure smooth day to day operations, effective staff
management, compliance; and delivery of high quality programs.

the ideal candidate you will have a unique blend of middle childhood OSHC
sector knowledge and practice, significant and demonstrated experience in
programs; proven leadership skills; and sound understanding of the National
Quality Framework, legislative requirements and its implications for program
delivery. Your business acumen and strong people management skills complimented
by your excellent communication skills will ensure you build strong alliances
and partnerships with families, staff and management. As the Coordinator you
will supervise, coach and mentor staff with the aim at building a positive and
productive work environment and provision of high quality program of care and
education for children.
