In liaison with the
Farm services Unit, develop farmer training materials and activities for the
production and processing of groundnuts in association, Work alongside, the
Quality Management Officer to further develop, implement and monitor groundnut
marketing sys

tems, engage i=with key actors in Malawi’s groundnut sector in
areas of aflatoxin communication and good practice, Prepare Monitoring and
Evaluation reports, summarising lessons and communications material for
completed project activities, Monitor and evaluate trainings and provide
detailed feedback to Farm services Unit on the impact of trainings conducted,
work with Community development Unit on the Gender Action Learning System
process, including monitoring impacts and producing cases studies

Experience in
developing and implementing successful monitoring and evaluation systems for
farmer trainings, development of training materials, communication strategies
and activities for smallholder farmers, 2 yrs relevant experience in working
with and training smallholder farmers, partners and different stakeholders,
Excellent report writing and communication skills, Be a self starter and able
to work with minimum supervision, Minimum o qualification of a Bachelors degree
in agriculture, agronomy or any related field, Those with diplomas coupled with
at least 5 yrs experience are also encouraged to apply
