Strong analytical
background, backed by excellent drafting skills, We are particularly 
looking for candidates who have communications (beyond media reporter) skills
or experience and a solid understanding of geopolitical and cultural dynamics
in Malawi,

Excellent communication and computer skills, Ability to understand
and analyse complex information, and present this convincingly both verbally
and in writing whilst working to tight deadlines, Highly effective
representation, interpersonal and negotiation skills, Ability to work both
independently and as part of a team to deliver results and to cultivate
productive working relationships with a range of stakeholders, particularly
international donors, civil society down to village level and high-level govt
counterparts, Enthusiasm and a demonstrable sense of initiative, Fluent written
and oral English and Chichewa, Candidates should be able to demonstrate clear
evidence of relevant experience in the public relations or communications environment

Possession of at
least a Bachelors Degree in a relevant field such as Media and Communications
and/or a track record of achievement in a communications role
