Manager – Sunbird Capital
Promoting bookers’
loyalty program through creating awareness, recruiting and updating bookers’
profile to maximize revenue, Conducting sales call to guests in liaison with
sales and marketing department to maximize revenue from time to time,
Interacting with guests during and after service to get feedback, Organising
complements to guests as and when required as a token of appreciation and
service recovery for guest satisfaction, Analysing guest comments/duty managers
book on a
daily basis and taking note of any complaints which are addressed
accordingly so as to ensure guest needs/requirements are met at all times,
Ensuring that guests’ inquiries and requests are timely attended to through
follow ups at all times, Checking levels of business daily by going through
house status report and banqueting diary for planning purposes
Excellent
presentation skills, Extremely organized and highly motivated, Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to establish good client
relationship both internally and externally at all levels, Ability to interact
with guests cheerfully
Experience: Minimum
of 2 years experience in hospitality management, Minimum Qualification:
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in hospitality management or any related field from
an accredited college

to run the health facility
