Is a core member of
the MEL team of a growing organisations, currently employment over 60people
The Child
Safeguarding Manager is responsible for ensuring that quality child
safeguarding programmes are implemented throughout out Malawi projects.
The Child safeguarding Manager is expected to complete assessments in all
depts. To ensure that they all
have strong internal and referral procedures,
She/he will monitor each programme and ensure all children within TfaC care are
protected as per our policy, She/he will also be expected to mentor and/or
capacity build existing Child safeguarding country programme staff and other
staff as appropriate in the Malawian projects, The role will be based in our
Lilongwe office for a 2 yr contract
