coordinating and action item activities of the assigned project(s) to ensure
goals and objectives are accomplished within agreed timeframe, scope and

- Lead
and facilitate requirements gathering sessions - Lead
detailed requirements phases: identify, document, walk through, publish
and obtain sign off of the business requirements, wire frames (if
applicable), mock-ups, mark-ups and data mapping. - Assess,
research, analyze, document and resolve issues - Develop,
analyze and recommend solutions that satisfy the business needs while
continually exploring and assessing options for value add for Online
Strategy & Client Experience clients - Contribute
to successful project completion within budget and on time by identifying
risks and developing/recommending mitigation strategies

- Leads
the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase: identify, document, walk
though, publish and obtain sign-off of the UAT plan, UAT test cases and
UAT execution results - Assess,
research, analyze and document issues and defects - Plan,
prepare, and lead the execution of UAT test cases - Ensure
entry and exit criteria of the UAT test phase are met - Lead
the Implementation phase of the project: prepare internal/ external
communication plan; document, walk though, publish and obtain sign off of
the Implementation Plan - Identify
risks/issues, develop/recommend mitigation strategies and escalates them
to the PM and Business Analyst Manager

communicates and builds rapport with team members stakeholders and 3rd
part vendor to gain maximum cooperation and buy in - Facilitates
small to large cross-functional meetings and conducts information
gathering sessions - Resolves
conflicts/issues as determined by the project manager within the time

support to key stakeholders and partners through active participation in
cross functional teams - Support
Project Manager by participating in weekly status meetings - Provide
timely updates on project issues and deliverables to Project Manager and
Reporting officer - Implement
formal and informal routines for planning, monitoring & reporting with
key stakeholders.

of a Online Strategy & Client Experience BA document as SME to provide

following: instant reward or RBC performance nomination per quarte
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
- 2-5
years of experience working with online banking and mobile
- Working
knowledge of HPQC (HP Quality center) – preferred - Excellent
presentation skills, ability to lead facilitation sessions and
cross-functional team meetings; - Excellent
documentation/writing skills - Extensive
Experience working in project teams - Demonstrated
Knowledge of Project Management Framework - Required
High School Diploma/GED
