Pro Coro Canada is a professional chamber choir resident in Edmonton, Alberta.
Founded in 1980, the choir has provided magnificent sound and extraordinary
repertoire through thirty four concert seasons, tours and CD’s. With a growing
international reputation, Pro Coro Canada, under the direction of Michael Zaugg
explores and performs repertoire ranging from works by the master to
contemporary and emerging choral composers.
 

Job Description

To assist Pro Coro Society – Edmonton in growing our
organization, we are seeking a permanent, full time general Manager.
Responsible for the day to day activities, in this exciting role you will work
with the Artistic Director while providing support to deliver the artistic
vision of an international conductor; and with the Executive Director to
deliver business and administrative excellence. In your role, you will connect
with a vibrant arts community and facilitate exciting choral performances. A
jack of all trades, the General Manager plays a key role in managing and
overseeing the operations, general management and the financial administration
of the organization.
 

Requirements:

Attributes include knowledge of database management systems, the
Microsoft Suite, social media, IT awareness, budget design and financial
management, marking, media relations, grant writing, and audience
development.
