SKILLS REQUIRED
-Strong communication skills
-Good Problem Solving Skills
-Must be able to Multi-Task
-Strong Computer Skills
(Microsoft Office)
-Valid G License with clean
driving record
-1-2 Years of Experience in Admin
work
-Executive Assistant background
an asset
DUTIES
–Provide Front Desk Reception duties which
includes handling incoming phone call, managing all visitors and internal staff
professional and in a timely manner
-Coordinate and book
meetings/conference calls and schedule and confirm appointments for multiple
executives and personnel
-Arrange travel/conferences,
meetings and reservations for multiple executives and personnel;
-Collect and distribute all
incoming mail
-Schedule courier pickups and
maintain courier accounts
-Assist President of company with
various projects and daily tasks
-General Filing, Photocopying,
Scanning and Faxing as needed
-Handle Special Assignments as
assigned by Executives
-Maintain kitchens/overall office
cleanliness
-Maintain Stationary and
photocopying accessories fully stocked, cleaned and organized
-General office maintenance
