The Maru is look
for applicants who are interesed in researching with us on the shores of Lake
Malawi in Africa. Lake Mal
awi is the most biologically diverse lake on the
planet and is home to nearly 1000 endemic species of colorful cichlid fish. We
conduct a variety of environmental and socio-economic research programs ranging
from underwater population and biodiversity surveys using SCUBA to fisheries
surveys to weather and water quality monitoring. Earn your scuba diving
qualification while studying the unique and beautiful environment of Lake
Malawi. Volunteers must stay for a minimum of two weeks. For more information
