CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define B2B project objectives, scopes
and schedules - Developing and maintaining detailed
B2B project plans and controls - Co-ordinate stakeholders, including
external suppliers, and working groups engaged in project work. - Manage B2B projects deliverables in
line with the project plans - Identify cross-functional blocking
points and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and service
delivery goals. - Monitor and report B2B projects
progress, risks and performances. - Liaise with, and updates progress to,
project manager in the factory department - Providing pre-sales technical
assistance to corporate sales executives when preparing tenders and
negotiating contract terms. - Adhere to Tigo Millicom PM Policies,
procedures and methodologies. - Works according to Tigo People
policies and procedures - Ensures that relevant information is
received, delivered and transferred on time - Interprets the feedback from relevant
functional areas and converts them into action plan
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor of Science Degree in
Computer science or electronics and telecommunication Engineering - At least 2 years’ experience in
Telecom project management - Proven project management and
managerial experience
