such objectives, a vacancy has come up for the position of a Field Officer.

such objectives, a vacancy has come up for the position of a Field Officer.
Job Purpose:
Provide
leadership and guidance to all beneficiaries and community volunteers in
implementing the organization’s project

s and in identification of other areas of intervention.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to
volunteers in implementation of community projects - Assist in identifying funders as well
as developing community project proposals. - Facilitate needs assessment in
communities for identification of new projects. - Prepare and submit fortnightly work
plans for all project activities. - Write and submit weekly and monthly
informative reports for all field project activities. - Developing annual work plans and
budgets for Ungweru’s community programmer’s activities. - Facilitate all project related
trainings in communities. - Promote knowledge sharing amongst
staff members as well as beneficiaries. - Compile and update beneficiary
profile. - Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Community
Development and those with a Diploma in HIV/AIDS Management - At least 2 years experience
- Self- motivated team player and
results orientated with ability to preserve in high workload
Environments:
- Fluent in spoken English, Tumbuka and
Chichewa.
