Warehouse Manager –
Clinton Development Initiative – Mlonyeni EPA – Mchinji
Minimum of Degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Accounting, and/or
Diploma in purchase and Supply Warehousing, Minimum of 4 yrs of experience in
leading a warehouse team, Previous experienc
e working with ACE AHCX, CME Group
or other sources is preferred, Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel and
ability to use internet
Supervises
the stock transfers
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiation,
coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and
procedures, Complete all the relevant documentation such as goods received
note, dispatch note etc, and files copies of all weighbridge documentation
during loading and off-loading of commodities
Supervises
stock management
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring
security procedures and protocols, Ensure regular fumigation, moisture
monitoring in farm produce and other procedures to ensure quality is
maintained, Conduct regular stock balancing and stock taking as part of
internal controls
Supervises
data collection
Obtains relevant agricultural commodity pricing information from vendors
including but not limited to ACE, AHCX and CME Group
Supervise the
team
Coordinates with Human Resources Manager on all HR issues including
recruitment, training, performance management, payroll preparation and
administration
