Qualifications and
key competencies
A Bachelors Degree and minimum of 2 years HR generalist work experience,
Ability to interpret the Employment Act and all related labour Acts,
Interpersonal communication and facilitation skills, ability to solve problems
and make decisions
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate
performance management and keep custody of related performance appraisal
outcomes, Facilitate recruitment and selection re
ward and recognition, talent
management and employee development, Coordinate disciplinary and grievance
processes and provide support on industrial relations cases, Provide solutions
to managers and employees on people issues timely and effectively, Interpret
conditions of service and HR policies and promote awareness to employees,
Ensure effective utilization of HR products and services for their portfolio,
Maintain HR information and prepare and submit special activity HR reports,
Deliver HR related communication to staff in consultation with HR Business
Partners
Position –
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the successful candidate will be
responsible for supporting employee lifecycle events such as recruitment and
selection, performance management, reared and recognition, talent management
employee development, industrial relations, risk and compliance, HR information
systems as well as continually searching for process improvement opportunities.
