General administration of Makoka
Valley Estate in the Southern Region, Management of an annual flue-cured crop,
Arabica coffee crop, factory, maize crop and on-going forestry program, Oversee
administration of financing, stock procurement and staff management, Will
be
required to oversee and manage a fleet of company vehicles, Will be required to
manage the staff pension fund annual insurance, licensing and subscription of
the company, Any other duties as directed by the Managing Director, Reporting
to the Managing Director
A recognised University Degree in
Agriculture, Agri-business or Business Administration, We require a strong,
level-headed and honest individual that can successfully manage an existent
farming and factory enterprise, Excellent grasp of spoken and written English
with knowledge of and ability to speak Chichewa a bonus, Proficiency in
Microsoft Office professional suite and strong email and web management skills,
Minimum of 5 yrs post-university work experience in the management of
flue-cured tobacco or other tobacco-related field, coffee and/or commercial
maize
