Monitor implementation and ensure
efficient and effective M&E of all project activities at all times, To
ensure consistency of approach at site level in the M&E using M&E tools
developed (hardware, software, written guidelines) of the program, To provide
appropriate feedback to management and team members for changes/improvements to
strengthen programme, implementation, To coordinate monthly and quarterly data
analysis, To undertake regular monitoring and technical support visits to the
field including c
linics to assess progress against approved site Monitoring
Plan, Conduct regular project reviews, Mid Term Reviews and Final Evaluation,
To contribute to wide organisational learning by preparing and dissemination
data, lessons learned a, good practices, and evidence provided by other
stakeholders, Produce a variety of written documents e.g. data summaries,
workshop reports, etc, To assist with all relevant training
Diploma in statistics analysis or
equivalent with minimum of 3 yrs experience and familiarity with statistical
software, Extensive experience in working with cooperating partners, health
public sector, NGOs and private sector, Have a strong background in statistical
method analysis and evaluation, Have to understand difference donor
requirements and procedures, Excellent oral and written communication skills,
Be self starter, effective team player and demonstrated verifiable
result-oriented track record,
