school is looking for a Head Teacher to lead its academic section: Reporting to
the Board of Directors through the Executive Director, the incumbent will be
responsible for Assisting in strategic direction and development of the school,
Providing an example of ‘excellence’ as a leading classroom practitioner and
inspiring and motivating other
teaching staff, Efficient and effective
development of staff and resources, Building a school culture and curriculum
that takes account of the school’s philosophy, Safeguarding learners, Promoting
excellent communication and relationships with parents/carers and other
stakeholders, Other duties expected of the role
