Sales Consultant

To build and maintain a client
base in the branch to ensure that sales and service objectives are met.

This is a supervisory position
within the

Retail Banking Department and requires an energetic, customer
focused and tactful individual with aptitude for individual customer
satisfaction

Plan selling and other activities
in order to contribute effectively to departmental objectives, Keep accurate
customer information for business use, Motivate credit and other customer requirements
to relevant stakeholders follow up on them to approval, keeping clients
informed, Keep close contact with the clients to build sustainable business
relationships and trust, Follow through client requirements and facilitate
provision of flawless service in order to attract and retain customers, Sell
the Bank’s products and services to existing and prospective clients in branch
and beyond, utilize leads and follow them through in order to ensure growth of
the customer base

A Diploma in Banking or any
related field plus 3 yrs banking experience in credit/sales at supervisory
level

Selling/customer
service/relationship building skills and interpersonal skills
