Minimum of 5 yrs Health and
Safety exper
ience in FMCG, Degree in Engineering or Food Science, Extensive
knowledge and involvement in ISO standards, EOSH and NOSA Systems, Ability to
use Excel and other standard packages to a high standard
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Chibuku Products Limited’s vision
is to become the healthiest and safest beverage company in Malawi, The
incumbent will be required to meet SABMiller’s Global Standards in the
following areas
Drugs and Alcohol – Implementation of SABMiller Employee
Alcohol Policy across the organization
Personal Protective Equipment –
Ensuring high levels of compliance with PPE are essential and help to promote a
visible culture of safety in the workplace
Safe Road Transport:
Controlling the risk in supply
and distribution outside CPL premises as well as veh
icles on site such as
motorized transport vehicles and loading/offloading operations
Recording Reporting and
Investigation:
Rigorous reporting of incidents
and accidents and effective investigation processes to allow determination of
causes of harm and to improve the implementation of controls to prevent
recurrence

Managing health and safety using
internationally acclaimed systems and approaches
