Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and administer an online survey on behalf of the DSU to
collect student feedback in relation to DSU food services.
• Organize student
consultation sessions on DSU food services.
• Encourage and promote student initiatives on campus that pertain to food.
• Collaborate with other campus groups such as Dalhousie Student
Union’s Sustainability Office (DSUSO), Dalhousie Farmer’s Market, Food
Bank, Dalhousie University Garden Society, and Loaded Ladle
• Perform any other related duties assigned by Executives
• Provide a report on the current status of DSU food service with
recommendations for improvement.
• Report to Vice President (Finance & Operations)
Requirements:
• Member of the Dalhousie Student Union
• Ability to organize events and provide reports
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Passionate about food and sustainability on Dalhousie campus
Honoraria: $500
