Monitoring and
Evaluation and Learning Specialist
Must have at least a
Masters Degree in any of the following Education, Social Sciences, Statistics,
Project Management or any other rele
vant fields
At least 10 yrs of
relevant progressive experience in M&E related experience in education
projects in Malawi, Extensive knowledge of monitoring and evaluation
methodologies i.e. both quantitative and qualitative data collection,
processing and analysis, Experience working with and maintaining good relations
with international organisations, as well as counterparts and beneficiaries
(e.g. international and Local NGOs and government representatives), Solid
experience in the management of people and systems in high-pressure
environments
The candidate must
have strong IT skills including proficiency in data analysis software, such as
STATA, SPSS, or JMP, Knowledge and skills for data collection technology such
as tablets, is an added advantage, He/she should have good communication and
reporting skills
