INPEX is looking for Senior Planner to coordinate and analyse the planning
activities for the development of the onshore facilities in Darwin to meet the
Company’s requirements.
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to;
- Provide
planning, control and monitoring service to the onshore project facility
team, covering the Darwin EPC Contractors and Fabrication Yard Contractors
and associated Subcontractors. Make recommendations for preventative or
corrective action in the event of any deviations from the program. - Develop
and maintain a level 2 schedule, present and ensure clear and concise
planning reports/documentation on a regular basis, and ensure frequency of
reports and full communication to management. - Provide
an independent assessment of individual Contractor’s progress and
communicate accordingly to Project team members. - To
ensure that planning activities have satisfactory incorporated the
requirements of project and appropriate regulations. - Develop
and maintain the overall Darwin Site onshore integrated schedule which
forms part of the Onshore Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in
Perth. - Interpret
documentation and drawings and apply to the Integrated master Schedule. - Demonstrate
strong understanding and knowledge of onshore engineering principles,
project management principles, procurement and contract processes,
schedule risk concepts and techniques and onshore LNG Facilities Construction
techniques and methodologies. - Interface
with area planners with regards to scheduling techniques, technical
knowledge, and project management principles to ensure consistency with
required outputs. - Encourage
best practices and engage in constructive feedback with Area Planners. - Effectively
engage in business cost reduction initiatives.
are looking for a candidate with Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a related
field, with substantial professional experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
(Greenfields).
- Broad
understanding of facilities engineering and Project Control issues. - Proficient
usage of Primavera P6 and Pertmaster Risk Analysis software. - Substantial
Greenfields planning experience in the O&G sector
