As the Project
Manager, you will manage the planning, systems design, implementation as well
as financial and schedule control of of the audio and video digital workflow
distribution project. You will coordinate the work of a group of various
stakeholders.

You will manages
complex technical work.

As the primary
contact on a project, you will have the overall authority and accountability for
ensuring the process remains simple, timely and cost effective, and meets
objectives and goals. In managing assigned projects from inception to
completion, you provide direction, resolve conflicts and cause active
communication to take place between all affected parties in order to find
creative solutions to technical/production and business problems and
constraints.

Generally allocated
projects requiring a high level of communication, co-ordination, technical
skills and soundness of judgement, with minimal supervision.

This job will offer
you projects, challenges and responsibilities that will further your

You possess
the following:

  • Bachelor
    degree in Media Production, computer science, or other relevant university
    degree, or equivalent experience or equivalent
  • Three
    to five years’ experience media production with relevant digital media
    experience required
  • Experience
    and  knowledge relevant to radio and TV production and digital
    production .
  • Requires
    skills in the areas of project management, effective communication, good
    business practice, contracts, negotiation, finance and computer literacy.
    PMI certification or equivalent an asset
  • Proficiency
    in English, knowledge of both official languages (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge
    of various business functions, professional project management practices
    and use of standard software applications are required experience with
    Agile methodology (Microsoft Office,)
  • Critical,
    analytical and conceptual mind (challenging and suggesting new ideas)
  • Excellent
    stress management and prioritization skills
  • Able
    to work well in a team, excellent communicator
