and facilitating gender equitable approaches to improving agriculture and
nutrition outcomes.

The candidate will serve as an embedded member of the
value chain team working on gender issues within the soybean and groundnut
value chains, linking gender issues to agriculture and nutrition through close
coordination with the nutrition and behaviour change communication team.

The position is based in Lilongwe and requires
extensive field work at the village level in 7 districts throughout the
year.

The candidate will manage M&E on gender
performance annually as well as design and implement gender focused training
activities for women in farming, agro-processing and financial service. MS
degree is required.
