as well as to chaperone the trainees.
Job Overview:
Ensure consistent and maximized market access
through effective planning, management, and development of partners and
channels by developing and managing suitable IT partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- To meet or exceed business targets
for the country for all the product and solutions opportunities with the
customers served by the partners. - To own DCIM market development
across channel communities - To identify , recruit , certify
partners - To identify, coach and sign up DCIM
partners - To lead DCIM solution development
- To enable the partner organization
to be prepared for quoting and winning business through appropriate
training, certification, demonstrations and related programs - To conduct regular business
planning, budgeting and reviews with the various personnel within the
partner organization including the senior management team - To motivate the key decision makers
in partner organization - To be responsible for developing
and growing the sales funnel through partners - To implement rules of engagements
within multiple partners and manage conflicts fairly - To support the partners on sales
funnel closures with select customers through necessary collaboration with
the vertical manager / customer account manager. - To develop and implement
appropriate marketing programs and activities targeted at Partners and to
their customers - To initiate joint engagement
activities around the partner led customers - To develop high mindshare with the
sales team of designated partners. Ensure their motivation through
appropriate sales incentive programs and activities - To manage all the operational and
financial matters related to partner’s business. - To achieve continuous improvements
on channel health by focusing on the capabilities and appropriateness of
channels partners and their satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in
Program Management and Administration or In Training and Development - Possess 5-8 years of experience in
Channels and/or Key account manager role; preferably in IT and related
Industry - Is a strong communicator in both
written and verbal - Possess excellent presentation and
interpersonal skills - Is an expert problem solver, who is
good at conflict management - Comes with strong influencing and
negotiations behaviours - Possess excellent business ethics
and integrity - Has a ‘Can do’ attitude and sense
of urgency - Is focuses on operational details
and accuracy whilst being able to see the big picture and develop strategy
