is a first line management position and reports to the Systems Support
Manager.  The successful candidate will be responsible for providing
end-user support in liaison with the Helpdesk.

user acceptance testing of any system changes,

Performing

meterisation for T24,

Providing
system support to end users, Managing day-to-day operations of the Bank’s
systems and databases

Qualifications
and Experience:
·        
Bachelors
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT) with at least 3 yrs
hands on experience in a busy and preferably banking environment,

Working
knowledge of banking applications and Windows 2008 servers.
