This is a first
line management position and reports to the IT Channels Manager. The
successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-user support to both
internal e-banking clients and external e-banking customers in liaison with the
Helpdesk.

Managing day-to-day operations of the Bank’s e-banking
systems and databases,

Producing weekly reports on usage of cannels in the

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information
Technology (IT) with at least 3 yrs hands-on experience in a busy and
preferably banking environment,
