About the Opportunity
Here’s your chance
to work on a team managing travel for our Canadian Olympic Team, as well as
several other major sport and entertainment organizations. Stage & Screen is
now accepting applications for Travel
Consultants who want a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to
manage travel for our Olympic athletes!
Working from our
corporate office in addition to the Olympic head office in Montreal, QC,
you will be handling
the day-to-day travel needs for participants travelling to the Olympics, as
well as working with stakeholders of other major sport and entertainment
organizations who need to arrange travel.
If you are
experienced, knowledgeable and passionate about the sport and entertainment
industry, and you are currently working in travel as a consultant/account
manager, then this is the role for you. In addition to having an excellent work
ethic, you must have a keen commitment to delivering exceptional service and
ensuring total client satisfaction and retention.
To qualify, you must
have a minimum
of two years of experience in managing corporate travel,
along with demonstrated
booking abilities and a high level of professional customer service that is
second to none. Our preference would be that you
have Apollo
and group booking experience.
The successful
candidate must be available
to complete training in Toronto.
A sports and
entertainment background would be considered an asset.
A positive attitude
and strong work ethic will go a long way in this position. Patience and the
ability to go ‘above and beyond’ in regards to customer service will ensure you
excel with Stage
& Screen. Most importantly, you will be comfortable
working in a high paced environment while demonstrating strong attention to
detail.
