Site Management and Sales Solutions team.
What’s shakin’ with this role:
You will wear multiple hats in this
role. With a primary goal of driving revenue, you will be the main point of
contact for publishers as their brand evangelist. You are a highly
self-motivated, collaborative, persuasive, customer-focused individual, with the
ability to command attention. 
This position reports directly to
the Team Lead, Product and Publisher Services and is located in Toronto. If

How we would like you to stir things
up:
  • Provide
    outstanding customer service by developing and managing strong,
    value-added business relationships with publishers
  • Deliver
    monthly financial reports and market insights
  • Use
    your knowledge of the competitive landscape to provide support and educate
    the sales team
  • Build
    comprehensive product decks that articulate the product proposition,
    specifications and limitations across all digital platforms
  • Provide
    on-going site-specific product and audience training
  • Actively
    pursue new product opportunities with your publishers
  • Work
    collaboratively with various departments to brainstorm solutions and build
    exceptional sales proposals that maximize revenue
  • Create
    story-driven end-to-end marketing solutions
  • Ensure
    sales collateral is delivered in a succinct and compelling manner
  • Develop
    ‘big ideas’ that create the hook for advertisers
  • Accompany
    Sales Reps on presentations as required
What ingredients make the perfect
martini:
  • 3+
    years related experience in ad industry, media, sales, marketing or online
    publishing
  • Agency
    media planning experience is an asset
  • Strong
    understanding of marketing tactics and advertiser goals
  • Must
    have a solid understanding of the interactive ad industry
  • Self-motivated
    to continue learning and evolving with the industry
  • Strong
    presentation skills, attention to detail and excellent organizational and
    problem solving skills
  • Adaptable
    and thrives in a constantly changing, time sensitive environment
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication
  • Strong
    Microsoft Office skills (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Knowledge
    of various research tools (comScore, eMarketer, PMB)
  • Working
    knowledge of ad serving technologies is an asset
  • Bilingual
    in English and French is an asset
