The company
This
mid-tier mining maintenance contractor has very strong relationships with
mining contractors and global mining companies in Orange & Cobar NSW. With
workshops in Orange & Cobar they ha
ve the scope to maintain client’s
machinery in their 2 major workshops along with offering a field service to
mine site throughout a wide area of NSW.

The shutdown
positions
We are
currently in search for 16 shutdown tradesmen and T.A’s with current Newcrest
Cadia inductions. These roles are for a 2 week shutdown and will involve 12
hour days with rosters of 4 on 3 off and 5 on 2 off. The work will involve the
shutdown maintenance of fixed plant at the Newcrest Cadia site.

What we are
looking for

• Mechanical
  Fitters – experience maintaining fixed plant or mobile plant
• Heavy
  diesel fitter – experience working on mobile or fixed plant
• Boilermakers
  – experience maintaining fixed plant (mechanical)
• Trade
  assistants – experience maintaining fixed plant

Your value

• Experience
  working on fixed plant (advantageous)
• Orange
  based or willing to provide accommodation and food in Orange
• Willing
  to commit to the 2 weeks of work
