Our GO Transit Marketing and Brand
office is seeking a Program Manager, Marketing and Digital to lead and support
the execution of the GO Transit digital marketing programs, campaigns,
activities and initiatives to continuously enhance the public image and brand
essence of its services within target audiences, increasing positive brand
recognition, ridership/fare revenue and service awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leads
and supports execution of GO Transit digital marketing programs,
campaigns, activities and initiatives to cultivate awareness, trial,
activation and up-sell GO Transit services, while continuously enhancing
the public image and brand essence of its services within target
audiences, increasing positive brand recognition, ridership/fare revenue
and service awareness including: - Articulating
marketing program digital requirements and representing the team for all
information technology (IT) dependent marketing programs including user
experience design (e.g. GO Transit Web, Mobile Web and Mobile App) to align
with the GO Transit’s brand promise of an elevated guest experience. - Developing
comprehensive campaign and project briefs. - Identifying
and developing potential new opportunities to increase awareness and
future ridership. - Identifying
and executing social media opportunities to support marketing tactics. - Executing
digital media and marketing strategies (e.g. website/mobile/online and
integrated campaigns). - Supervises
and coordinates multiple marketing projects with conflicting priorities,
while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail across all marketing
initiatives, by: - Developing
and managing simultaneous project schedules and budgets, working with
cross-functional internal/external team members to execute marketing
initiatives (e.g. partner programs, event marketing, integration of social
media, online (digital media, websites, mobile website/apps) and offline
elements) to deliver integrated marketing campaigns. - Developing
and preparing marketing team projects and progress status reports for the
manager. - Providing
input into project prioritization and development of detailed plans and
work-back schedules for execution of marketing tactics.

Qualifications:
- A
completion of a degree in marketing or related discipline or any
combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent and an
advanced degree is considered an asset. - A
minimum of six years of progressive experience in digital marketing and
online development. - Project
management skills and discipline to develop and manage simultaneous
marketing project schedules and budgets. - Leadership
experience in supervising staff engaged in managing marketing programs
including online/digital media. - Very
strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). - Interpersonal
and oral/written/presentation skills to execute and support GO Transit
marketing programs, campaigns, activities and initiatives and identify
customer-facing content opportunities.
