You will perform administrative duties related to
airtime sales, and ensure quality client service. You will create and contract
commercial time submissions covered by prior agreements or to be established by
management, negotiating unconfirmed replacement spots with clients. You will
check and balance sales contracts to ensure compliance with policies, rates,
standards or other criteria, making corrections as needed. You will follow up
on matters and respond to client inquiries about airdates, presentation,
placement, billing, etc., resolving difficulties and assisting the
representative or other team members when disputes arise.
Finally, you will review programming changes to
identify their impact on sold commercial periods, suggesting alternatives in
light of contractual agreements as well as what periods need to be maintained
or moved.
 
You possess:
  • College diploma (D.C.S.) in Marketing,
    Communication or equivalent
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience related to
    airtime sales
  • Customer service experience
  • Television experience , an asset
  • Knowledge of sales contracts
  • Knowledge of the MS Office Suite 2010
  • Knowledge of Quiery studio or any other data base
    system (an asset)
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written)
