Partners on initiatives supporting
Manager and Leadership Development, Performance Management, Performance

TALENT ACQUISITION
- Assists
with the coordination of Talent Acquisition including:
- Assisting
with development & implementation of recruiting strategies, including
advertising (print and/or on-line), liaising with recruitment firms, post
secondary institutions and government or outplacement agencies. - Determining
requirements of open positions - Reviewing,
screening & responding to resumes - Complete
resume screening, phone screens and behavioral interviews as necessary - Assisting
with completion of background checks for successful applicants. - Conducting
reference checks and arranging subsequent interviews with appropriate
executive/team leader - Assisting
with orientation of new employees. - Ensure
data integrity in an applicant tracking system - Coordinating
candidate travel - National

- Assists
with creating, maintaining, and updating all personnel files, Policies and

- Coordinates
& plans all trade shows and training events
EHS Coordinator
SAFETY ADMINISTRATION
- Assists
in communicating, implementing, developing, promoting all safety policies
and procedures. - Ensure
audits are completed on a regular basis for job sites, office areas, the
warehouse, to detect existing or potential risks and hazards. - Ensures
that the recommended corrective or preventative measures are completed in
a timely manner. - May
participate in investigation of accidents and ensures corrective actions
are implemented and completed. - Visits
job sites, offices, and parts centers on a regular basis to ensure
effective implementation of the safety process.
TRAINING/PPE/SAFETY CAMPAIGNS
Ensures safety and health training
