Reporting
to the Managing Director, the head of Business Development will be responsible
for implementation of Atlantis Business strategy which includes key accounts
management.

business development. - Coming
up with innovative Brand building strategies from time to time. - Identification
and segmentation of potential Market Segments. - Revenue
Generations through new accounts development and key accounts management.
B)
Operation Role
Operation Role
- Managing
staff team responsible for achieving set targets. - Defining
the exact marketing processes and taking responsibility in the execution. - Developing
relevant business plans for the bank. - Monitoring
market intelligence within the microfinance sector in terms of market
development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc. - Monitoring
and evaluating the performance of sales team and providing effective
guidance. - Enhancing
organizational effectiveness through setting appropriate marketing
strategies and consistently following through to ensure the Bank achieves
its goals and Objectives.
Minimum
qualifications and experience:

- Specific
experience as head of Business in a commercial bank at a senior level - A
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Marketing with professional experience in
banking. - In-depth
knowledge and established contacts within the Banking industry in Rwanda. - A
successful track record of at least 6 years in business development
preferably microfinance, commercial banks or related field will be an
added advantage. - Have
proven leadership, Presentation and interpersonal skills. - Fluency
in written and spoken English and Kinyarwanda
