About
the Opportunity
The FNFMB is currently seeking an experienced Manager, Market Development to join the team
inWest Vancouver, BC.

In this role, you will be responsible for the proactive development and implementation of the FMB’s client
marketing and engagement strategies and plans.
Encompassing extensive contact with First Nations communities, you will assist
the Director and COO with the development of new opportunities and
initiatives.

becoming potential borrowers;

as well as secure Letters of Cooperation and BCRs from First Nations expressing

To qualify for this role, you will have a Post Secondary Degree in Marketing or a
related field. You will also have at least 5
years of senior Marketing experience, ideally in a financial or professional
services field. Previous experience working in First
Nation community development, or with First Nation organizations, clients and communities,
is a considerable advantage.

A creative thinker and strategic planner, you
will be capable of effectively managing multiple
projects from the initial concept stage, through
development, implementation, and evaluation, and have a proven track record of
success. As a representative for the FNFMB, you will also have working
knowledge of marketing, communications and pubic relations practices, as well
as strong presentation skills.
