As our Payroll Administrator, you will:
- Apply
your technical strengths everyday as you refine the functionality of ADP
Workforce Now - Demonstrate
professionalism and a commitment to preserving confidentiality - Maintain
a high level of performance under the pressure of time constraints and an
ever-changing environment ensuring payroll is completed on a bi weekly
basis - Perform
all necessary reconciliations of corporate payroll related liability and
receivable accounts - Ensure
all statutory remittance accounts have been recorded, balanced and
verified with the Canada Revenue Agency including the T4’s and CRA
pensionable and insurable earnings are remitted correctly
You bring:
- Canadian
Payroll Association – Canadian Payroll Manager and/or Payroll Compliance
Practitioner certification required, 3 – 5 years of related experience,
preferably in a unionized environment - Dependability,
positive attitude and a genuine commitment to your team - In
Depth knowledge of current payroll legislation and federal employment standards
for operations across Canada - Experience
with ADP Workforce Now payroll and time and attendance systems or other
ADP payroll and time and attendance systems - Attention
to detail and numerical accuracy
