Due to further growth we are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to
join their construction team. You will report to the construction manager and
be supported by your own construction team including contracts administrator
and various foreman/site man
You will be required to have a stable proven past in project management working
for a major local builder. It will be very beneficial that you have apartment
and institutional project experience and have delivered projects in
excess of $10mil.
This organisation have excellent systems and processes and will require you to
have strong computer skills, excellent presentation and communication.
experience with Cheops software package will be preferable.
