The Role:
The Main aspect of this role will be to take
inbound calls from new and existing customers in regards to whole range of
financial service enquiries, whilst delivering an exceptional customer
experience.

Successful Candidates will Have:
- Extensive customer service experience
- Must enjoy interacting with customers over the
phone and have the ability to deliver the best quality services - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and deliver
resolutions in a confident and professional manner - Attention to detail
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Previous Financial Services experience
desirable but not necessary
You will be required to work on a rotating
roster, which will include weekend work. This will be a full time role
working 38 hours per week.

Pay rate is $23ph + super
It is essential to have unlimited working rights as
