and community aged care provider with multiple sites across Victoria.

Reporting to the General Manager Residential
Services the successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring the
residence

s within their region provide high quality services whilst
maintaining optimal efficiency and cost effectiveness. You will also ensure
that all the facilities in your region maintain their accreditation standards
and maintain an effective, empowered and efficient teams.

Forming part of the Residential Senior Management
Team, the successful candidate will be a proven aged care manager thoroughly
conversant with the industry legislative requirements and professional
standards.   
Tertiary qualifications in aged care, management
or a related discipline are mandatory for this role as is a sound knowledge
of ACFI and proven financial management experience.  Outstanding
interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of innovation and achievement
in developing and managing services is also essential as is a consultative
approach and experience in managing services across multiple sites.
