Personal
Assistant to MD(1 position) |
To provide
an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the Managing Director/CEO, helping him to manage and prioritize his time.
MAIN
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manage
the office of the MD/CEO
•Keep
and maintain accurate record of paper and electronic correspondences on behalf of the MD/CEO. Including keeping and retrieving of all work files,
•Prepare
correspondence on behalf of the M)/L;LO, including drafting of general replies,
•Take
minute of meetings as may be required and complete relevant research on behalf of the MD/CEO,
•Manage
and maintain the MD/CEO’s diary and ensure that all diary commitments are effectively managed,
•Conduct
periodical diary meetings with the MD/CEO to discuss
•Schedule
on behalf of the MD/CEO, meetings between him and his direct reports, groups, and committees including external, to which he is a member,
•Ensure
that guests meeting with the MD/CEO are well taken care of,
•Filter
general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the MD/CEO, directly redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate,
•Manage
the process of “calling for briefing” on behalf of the MD/ CEO from start to finish to ensure that he is fully prepared for all engagements,
•Provide
a service that is in line with the MD/CEO’s work habits
and
preferences that he is fully prepared for all engagement,
•When
the CEO is absent, the post-holder will be expected to use any down-time to explore and implement improvements to the way the CEO’s office is managed, |

JOB REQUIREMENTS
The
post-holder will fulfill specific job function, but will be expected to develop a good understanding of the office of the MD/CEO and be able to confidently work on matters of Board of Directors / Board Committees if need be and when necessary with the Company Secretary.
The
post-holder should expect that he/she will be required to work flexibly with the CEO sometimes in a longer than normal day. He/she may also be contacted by the CEO out of normal office hours to deal with unexpected events. |

Driver
for the Managing Director (1 position) |
Drive
keeping the road safety regulations all the times.
•Be
punctual and be at least 15 minutes to the designated time and place.
•Display
a good behavior, excellent manners and helping attitude.
•Maintain
strict confidentiality on all conversations and information heard during transport assignments.
•Arrange
for vehicle care and maintenance (i.e. oil change, tire rotation, cleaning, etc.).
•Candidate
should be smart, attentive and available on immediate call basis at any time including weekends and public holidays. |
