Indoor Support – Sales and Projects Services

Job Scope:
- To assist Sales and Project Managers/
Directors with drafting of quotations and proposals to customers. - To attend to incoming customers’ enquiries and
escalate internally to the relevant team for further action - To follow up with customers on projects confirmation
and installation schedule - To engage and manage external clients
pro-actively in the entire process of project deployment - To coordinate with backend suppliers to get
equipment costing, for preparation of projects quotation and
implementation - To manage outsourced contractors and partners
efficiently to determine timely delivery of their deliverables - To work closely with internal engineering team
for overall coordination - Other duties as assigned by the supervising
manager.
Job Criteria:
- Possess at least SPM levels
- Minimum 2 years work experience in IT industry
or in sales support role - MUST be able to multi-task and responsible for
datelines assigned by superior. - MUST be able to work under stressful
environment - MUST have good basic oral and written
communication skill. - Candidates with customer-service and IT
background will be given priority
