Introduction
CHF International is a Non-Governmental organization which has been operating
in Rwanda since 2005, and strives to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive
change in low- and moderate-income communities around the world, supporting
them to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions.
In this regards, CHF International Rwanda through 5 year USAID/HIGA UBEHO
program would like to hire a professional consulting firm or a qualified individual
consultant in web site development to develop, design or /and update Website
for 8 RPOs.

The
Consultant(s) will perform the following tasks:
Design a website that is visually appealing (i.e. with attractive mix of texts
and graphics), has a unified theme and design, easy to navigate (i.e. with
minimum levels of scrolling down for a user to find desired information).

Required
experience and qualification of firms:
• Proven experience of graphic production from start to published/printed
product with knowledge of printing processes (offset and digital) and color
management;
• Knowledge of standard software packages (MS Office- MS Access-MS Vision -);
• The website contents should have English and Kinyarwanda versions

Bachelors´ degree in either of the following fields:
• Computer Science or related field;
• Media and communication;
• At least four years of proven experience in working with communication media,
Graphic Design and specific experience in website development

The consultant is required to submit a Technical and Financial Proposal
explaining how this assignment will be accomplished, accompanied by a timeframe
of activities. The technical proposal should describe the approach and
methodology to be used during the development, processes required while
completing the assignment and the Team composition, skills and experience.
