Description
Seeking experienced nurses, midwives, nurse
educators, nurse managers/executives, and leaders in most specialties to partner with the Rwandan Ministry of Health in Rwanda Human
Resources for Health (HRH) program. The primary goal of HRH is to
support nursing and midwifery faculty, to strengthen clinical teaching, and to
enhance nursing and midwifery practice in Rwanda.

Successful candidates are appointed as faculty at
leading Schools of Nursing (New York University, University of Illinois at
Chicago, Howard University, University of Maryland, University of Texas, and
Duke University) and will be based in Rwanda for minimum 6 months to 1 year or
longer.

Positions include: Nurse Advisors: Skills/Simulation Lab Advisor, Curriculum Advisor to
Director of School of Nursing and Midwifery, and Advisor to Director of
Nursing/Nurse Managers at 4 referral hospitals. Clinical Mentors: Pediatrics
(including pediatric and neo-natal intensive care), Midwifery, Adult Med-Surg.
Nursing, Critical care, Emergency/trauma, Perioperative, and Neuro ICU.
