1. Retail Manager
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day retail operation and
monitor performance of the point of sale. - Develop retail network and achieving sales
target. - Schedule, design, organize and monitor the
daily plan and routes and sales team personal; - Recruit, train and monitor a sales team to
implement and drive strategies for continuous growth in revenue and
productivity; - Plan and monitor the routes and activity of
Mobile lottery van; - To research and identify potential sales
locations in the region to maximize footprint and sales revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in retail
or wholesale sales with proven track record. - Strong interpersonal, communication,
presentation and problem-solving skills. - Independent, highly organized and sales driven
with strong analytical and mathematical skills. - Occasional upcountry travel is required.
- Holder of a valid driving license (car and
motorcycle). - Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda.

2. Dealer Executives
Responsibilities
- Maintain and perform settlement to all sales
locations in Kigali. - Develop retail network and achieving sales
targets. - Perform product training and sales training to
point of sales. - Identify and provide solution to problem raise
by point of sales and customers. - Source and recruit new point of sales for
selling company product.
Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in retail
or wholesale sales with proven track record. - Good communication and negotiation skills, and
able to work under pressure. - Independent, highly organized and sales
driven. - Experience with airtime prepaid card dealers
is a definite advantage. - Holder of a valid driving license (car and
motorcycle). - Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda.
