The Hashoo Foundation (HF) is an independent

It was founded in 2007 by the Hashwani family. HF operates within the
parameters of its four core programmatic areas: economic development, education
and skills development, supporting people with special needs, and providing
emergency relief and social welfare. HF currently works primarily in Pakistan,
although the foundation does also have governance structures across the globe,
including a board based in the UK.

In order to support the growth of its mandate

Responsibilities include:
(1) Establish a funding strategy based on research
and networking with UK and European bilateral donors, multi-laterals based in
the UK and Europe, and private donors in the UK.

(2) Lead on the development of bids and proposals
to access UK and European funds.

(3) Proactively represent Hashoo Foundation at a

between board members and follow-up on actions.

The candidate is required to have:
(1) At least 7+ years of working in the field of
international development.

(2) Working knowledge of UK and European donors
(including DFID and the EU).

(3) Strong proposal development and writing skills.
(4) Strong representational skills.
(5) Ability to take initiative, think creatively,
and produce results to a deadline.
