Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage performance parameters i.e statutory
compliance Adherence, Accurately and timely updating of Employee database,
Adherence to roll out schedules and policies and processes, Employee SAT,
Hiring TAT. - Manage a team of Employee Relations, Payroll
and recruitment professionals at execution level. - Implement company HR policies and processes in
the site. - Deliver hiring numbers as per manpower
projections and cost projections. - Manage attrition within budgeted levels.
- Manage updated personnel files, records and
all employee information. - Supports corporate teams in terms of data,
reporting and other day to day information. - Works closely with site head and site level
leadership team. - Interacts actively with the clients at an
operational level. - Makes Reports as required by the management
Qualification and Skills:
- Must be a graduate preferably with a Post
graduate in HR. - 10+ Years of minimum relevant experience.
- Should possess good communication skills and
good people management skills. - Should be proactive.
- Should have networking and influencing skills.
- Excellent decision making ability.
