Job Descriptions
Operating within the office of the Rector, the Directorate of Planning has the following functions: Co-ordinating, formulating, preparing, monitoring, reviewing and up-dating ISAE’s Strategic Plan and its implementation, as well as Annual Action Plans/Budget in consultation with other Units and Faculties. In collaboration with the Vice-Rector of Administration and Finance, the Directorate of Planning is responsible of the planning budget for the institution; Prepare and publish institutional annual reports. Establishment, in consultation with other Units and Faculties, an information data-base for use in on-going and ad-hoc analysis and reviews of events in the economy in general and education sector in particular, to facilitate sound decision-making in ISAE. This includes keeping an accurate record of staff and student numbers, both actual and projections; through project planning activities, the Directorate will be one of the major fund-raisers for ISAE.
