but the Trustees are of the firm opinion that the Deed does not include programmes in Business, Journalism and Music.
The A.G.E. scholarships are not primarily awarded on a basis of performance, academic achievement or outstanding scholarship, but are a grant to aid students who could not otherwise continue with their studies or other career development initiatives.
The value of individual scholarship awards depends on the particular circumstances of the applicant and the details of the case presented.
Approved uses of the A.G.E. scholarships are:
full time study at the Wellington campus of Massey University.
other assistance toward the advancement of technical competence as approved by the Trustees
Eligibility
Applicants must have successfully completed a minimum of 120 credits at the Wellington campus
of Massey University and be entering the second or subsequent year of their programme of study.
Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents.
Applications must be received at:
The Office of the Career Development Advisor, Massey University, Private Bag 756, Wellington
by 4pm on 30 March in the year in which the award is to be made.
All applications are acknowledged by email.
Applications will NOT be accepted more than 3 months in advance of the closing date.
Application cannot be accepted before 30/12/2011.
