Client Service Associate
Selangor – Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in providing post implementation support and assistance to clients on daily queries
• Analyze reported problem and provide solution to clients
• Gathering details on new requirements and preparing proper specification for development team
• Involve in project implementation and user training
• Perform testing on system releases and provide feedback for continuous improvement of system
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on system releases

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• 1-2 year(s) of working experience in client service and technical support. Fresh graduates with good result are also encouraged to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Able to work independently, fast learner, initiative and posses good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
