Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for defining, lifting and sustaining the service standards for the Organization.
Your key responsibilities include:
• Developing customized training programs
• Training all staff in the Hospitality Business Group
• Conducting Service Quality audits
• Coordinating and executing service campaigns
• Rolling out incentive schemes and Reward and Recognition programs
• Identifying and enrolling the Hospitality Business Group for service-related awards
Requirements:
• A general Degree
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, resourceful and able to work in a face-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
